Dr. Tony Frederickson, DDS
Dr. Frederickson is originally from Bozeman, MT. He is a 2003 licensed graduate of Indiana School Of Dentistry and has been practicing at Livingston Dental Care ever since.
He is an active member of the American Dental association, Montana Dental Association, and the local 6th District Dental society.
Dr. Kevin G. Scott, DMD
Originally from Eastern Oregon, Dr. Scott graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2008 and has been part of the Livingston Dental Care family since 2009. He enjoys spending time outdoors wit his wife and three kids.
Dr. Elizabeth Blavatsky, DDS
Elizabeth Blavatsky grew up in Havre, Montana. She attended Carroll College and received a B.A. in Dental Hygiene. She later attended the University of Minnesota and received her DDS degree in 1990. She moved back to Montana where she joined Dr. Theodore K. Kulaga and together they started Livingston Dental Care.

Emergencies
Dental problems don't always happen during business hours. Should you require emergency dental care, please try contacting your Dentist at home (Numbers are listed in the local phone book). Otherwise please present to the emergency room.
Dr. Katie Walton, DDS
Dr. Walton was born and raised in Butte, Montana. She attended Montana State University in Bozeman and graduated with a degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry. Dr. Walton attended Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin prior to moving to Chicago, Illinois where she practiced for four years. Dr. Walton is so excited to be back home in Montana and treating patients in a community she has always loved.
Dr. Walton enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing with her husband, Nick, and dog, Walter.

Payment Policies
We are constantly striving to moderate the cost of your dental treatments without compromising the highest standard of care. Therefore it is our policy to make financial arrangements before treatment is started.
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, check or cash.
Your dental insurance is an agreement between you, your employer and your insurance company. As a courtesy, we will file claims on your behalf and accept payments for routine exams, cleanings and x-rays, from carriers with whom we have an established relationship. For all additional treatment, payment is due at the time of service with the insurance benefits paid directly to you.
We are pleased to offer a formalized finance plan. This is a way to pay for your dental treatment with no up-front costs at time of service and an extended interest free payment period. This plan works for both insured and non-insured patients alike. Please ask if you are interested in this option.
